A swanky new bathroom was installed at Redcroft and now offers both bath and shower facility as well as a fresh new feel. The old bathroom was completely replaced including tiles, flooring and colourful paintwork. Huge thanks to the staff and residents for their patience while this work was being carried out. Additionally, the downstairs hallway was redecorated. With such a grand old Edwardian house, updating and refreshing is always discreetly carried out while the charm for which Redcroft is loved is respected and upheld where possible. …
Apple House were thrilled to sponsor our very own Rachel, support worker at Redroft care home, as she bravely undertook an Arctic Challenge. Rachel raised over £3,000 in aid of Diverse Abilities Plus: a local charity which provides assistance, support and education to children and adults with profound physical and learning disabilities, as well as supporting their families. This is a charity close to our hearts. Rachel braved extreme conditions and still retained a smile! Our congratulations to her and the rest of her Arctic Challenge team!
