We are delighted to be offering the position of Registered Manager to join our team to start up and develop our new service in Christchurch, Dorset.

Do you have experience as a manager working with people with a learning disability and complex needs?

Location – Highcliffe, Christchurch, Dorset
Registered Home for 3 people with a Learning Disability
Confirmation in post subject to successful managers application with CQC
Must be a driver
Must live in a location near enough to attend the service in a timely manner in cases of emergency or when on-call
Must be an experienced manager in the field of Learning Disability.

Congratulations to two of our wonderful team members who have recently been promoted to Deputy Manager!

We were thrilled to welcome Carly to our management team at Summerwood Care Home, New Milton and Mandy to our management team at Redcroft, Bournemouth. Carly joined our organisation in 2013 and Mandy in 2015. Both joined us as support workers, quickly demonstrating their professionalism and outstanding commitment to their roles, their teams and to the people they supported. It was no surprise then that they achieved promotions to senior support work roles.

Having subsequently undertaken ‘acting deputy manager’ roles, both Carly and Mandy more than stepped up to the challenge these roles present. We are delighted to confirm them both in these posts with immediate effect.
